ITFS

Benefits:

Whether they're across the country or across the globe, your customers can easily connect to you like you're right next door. Full charges are paid by the called subscriber. Customers can choose to order a Universal International Freephone Number (UIFN) – one single unique number that can be dialled from different countries to reach the same customer. We provide our customer with:

  • Instant service expansion into new markets at virtually no additional cost
  • Eliminates the need to establish multiple direct interconnects worldwide
  • High quality termination
  • Flexible number translation
  • Fast provisioning and implementation

 

Features:

  • Extensive coverage and access from a growing list of 50 countries for ITFS & UIFN
  • Seamless number translation service and Dialled Number Identification Service (DNIS) feature
  • Unmodified delivery of caller CLI to subscribers

DID

Benefits:

Direct In-Dialling Service (DID) is another access option under the International Retail Voice services. The subscriber can choose to order local fixed or mobile numbers. 

For the caller, it will be applied local call charges, while called subscriber will be charged for the international call. By using our DID services, we serve our customer:

  • Enables instant service expansion into new markets at no additional cost
  • Enables the service provider to gain perception of “local presence“
  • Eliminates the need to establish multiple direct interconnects worldwide
